I started this review site as a side project when I was on a two-month stint with Zerin Properties, a boutique agency in Damansara – I had some time to burn in the office while waiting to tag along with the agents when they attend their field calls. I’ve always been a fan of property, home spaces and architecture, and I think that KLCC is something that all Malaysians can be truly proud of – at least from a real estate development point of view.
The reviews here on this website are reflective of my personal opinion only, and they do not constitute a buy or sell recommendation. If you’re thinking of investing, always do your own due diligence. 🙂 As you could probably tell from reading the articles here, I am fairly bullish about KLCC, but there’s always a danger of over-generalization and I’ve indeed seen a fair share of duds in this area. There are also times when the pricing tends to be sluggish or stubbornly flat but personally I would try to be patient and ride out the trend – I’m long-term rather than short-term greedy. 🙂
For the next couple of months we shall be rolling out a couple of nifty features:-
- Pricing trends analysis – both asking and transacted
- Google map with locational hotspots
- Walkability scores – as suggested by our loyal readers EC and Harry 🙂
- Ratings (location, amenities, value for money, developer reputation, etc)
- More pics!
