2 Hampshire is nestled in the northern part of the KLCC enclave (dubbed “Zone A” as per KLCCCondominiums.com.my definition). It is a two-blocked, freehold condominium that houses 93 residential units in total. Its low-density exterior in a Persiaran Hampshire off of Jalan Ampang address gives residents exclusivity, while still being in the centre of all KLCC has to bring to the plate. It counts these nearby condominiums as neighbours – Panorama, Hampshire Park, 157 Hampshire Place and Hampshire Residences – collectively known as the “Hampshire Condominiums” unofficially amongst KLCC property enthusiasts.
Now it does seem that the Hampshire condominiums are getting rather indistinguishable from each other, and for this reason the prices tend to be similar; however, 2 Hampshire may be priced somewhat lower than its neighbours on Persiaran Hampshire. About the Developers: Beneton Properties
Established property developer Beneton Properties has already established itself in Malaysian real estate for a long time now. Coming up with developments such as Prima Villa, Prima Ukay, and Alpha Court townhouses has allowed the developer to make a name for itself. Its other high-end development Stonor Park is already one of KLCC’s best condominiums. This was made official by a FIABCI Malaysia Property award in 2007, acknowledging the Stonor Park as the Residential Building (High Rise) of the Year. Not bad.

Condominium Sizing and Layouts
There are two kinds of units to choose from—the standard unit and the penthouse unit. For its standard unit, the built-up area would be from 2,356 to 3,321 square feet. Penthouses are spacious and come at 6,000 square feet.
One may notice that the standard unit’s layout is spacious compared for standard sizes, which makes it perfect for family living or for those planning to own a condominium in the KLCC area to accommodate their growing family.
Each unit is furnished with marble flooring on its living room and master’s bedroom, while timber flooring tiles up bedrooms. Bedrooms also come with an air-conditioning unit, while the kitchen area comes with a worktop that features under counter cabinets.
Launch prices for the 2 Hampshire were relatively higher as compared to other condominiums in the KLCC enclave. Prices were tagged at about RM570 per square feet in 2005. By 2010, prices ballooned to a staggering RM850+ per square feet. There was a slight decrease in pricing in the fourth quarter 2011 to make prices competitive with other high-end condominiums, however, unit prices per square feet increased and gradually became steady at circa the RM850 price point during the first quarter of 2012, and the asking prices stayed around this level despite slight uptick earlier this year.
